How do I get started or make an appointment?

What ages do you serve?
Our IIC, BA, and Mentor services are designed for youth ages 4 through 21 in New Jersey. We also work closely with parents and caregivers as part of every treatment plan.
What is the difference between IIC and BA services?
IIC (Intensive In-Community) is therapy provided by a licensed clinician focused on stabilizing emotional and behavioral challenges. BA (Behavioral Assistant) is a complementary service that reinforces the clinician's plan through hands-on skills practice. The two services are often used together.
Do you accept insurance?
Many B-Line services are accessed through New Jersey's Children's System of Care via PerformCare at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible families. We can also discuss private-pay options.
What areas of New Jersey do you serve?
We primarily serve Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, and surrounding counties in northern New Jersey, with clinicians traveling to homes and community locations.
Are services available in Spanish?
Yes. Several of our clinicians and behavioral assistants are fully bilingual in Spanish and English, and we have team members who also support Haitian Creole.
How long does a typical session last?
IIC sessions usually run 60–90 minutes and BA sessions typically run 1–2 hours, scheduled around your family's availability.
What conditions or diagnoses do you work with?
We support youth and families dealing with ADHD, ODD, ASD, MDD, GAD, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and substance use concerns.
How is B-Line different from traditional therapy?
Our services are delivered where the youth lives and grows — at home, at school, and in the community — instead of only inside an office.
What is PerformCare and how does it work?
PerformCare is the access point for New Jersey's Children's System of Care. Families call PerformCare at 1-877-652-7624, complete an assessment, and are referred to providers like B-Line based on identified needs.
