Anny Diaz

Anny Diaz is a passionate, Spanish-speaking licensed social worker who earned her MSW from Rutgers University in 2023. Since then, she has gained valuable experience offering group and individual counseling to adults in both outpatient and intensive outpatient settings. She now focuses on intensive in-community counseling, working primarily with adolescents. She specializes in helping youth navigate life transitions, improve self-esteem, set and achieve goals, and address mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse.

Anny utilizes motivational interviewing, CBT, and strengths-based perspectives to empower her clients to make positive changes and enhance their quality of life. Anny is also deeply committed to serving the Latino community, providing culturally sensitive care tailored to their unique needs.
