Maya deeply understands the unique struggles that individuals face, fostering a nurturing and trusting therapeutic environment. Holding certificates in interpersonal violence/trauma and yoga/meditation instruction, she is especially equipped to guide those who have experienced trauma. She aims to connect with individuals on their healing journey to help them find hope and resilience along the way.
