Behavioral Assistant
Natasha Convertino is a dedicated Behavioral Assistant with over two years of experience supporting children as they work through trauma, anxiety, fears, and other emotional challenges. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology through a doctoral dual program. Natasha is bilingual in English and Spanish and works closely with the Spanish-speaking community, ensuring that families feel heard and supported in their own language.
While Natasha is passionate about creating a warm, encouraging environment, she believes in meeting every child where they are and empowering them to build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. She approaches her work with patience and genuine care, striving to form meaningful connections with the children and families she serves.
